This interdisciplinary workshop will share results from: \n\n\n\n\nHigh Latitude Dust (HLD) field measurements\,\n\n\n\nProcesses leading to dust suspension\,\n\n\n\nIdentification and mapping of HLD sources\,\n\n\n\nLong-range transport of HLD and Saharan dust towards the Arctic\,\n\n\n\nImpacts of impurities on the cryosphere\, and\n\n\n\nThe role of aerosols in high-latitude environments.\n\n\n\n\nIn 2026\, the focus will be on in situ measurements\, remote sensing\, modeling\, long-range transport\, and the climate impacts of HLD and low-latitude dust in the Arctic and at high latitudes.
